Cummins Guidanz™ is a suite of genuine service products, features, and capabilities offered by Cummins. This mobile app is designed to help speed up the repair process and improve customer uptime. With Cummins Guidanz, users have access to a range of features and functionalities.

One of the key features of the app is the ability to access equipment and device dataplate information. This allows users to quickly retrieve important details about the equipment they are working on. Additionally, the app provides prioritized Cummins fault codes and descriptions, making it easier for technicians to diagnose and address issues.

Another useful feature of Cummins Guidanz is the ability to share information via email. This allows technicians to easily communicate important details with other team members or customers. The app also includes Route Parameter Manager diagnosis, repair, and update functionality, as well as the ability to read industry-standard J1939 fault codes for all connected devices.

For Cummins certified service providers who subscribe to the Immediate Assessment feature, additional benefits are available. These include prioritized faults and the top three most likely root causes, estimated service times, and a history of recently retrieved information, faults, and analysis right on their phone.

To use Cummins Guidanz, a Cummins INLINE™ datalink adapter is required. Simply connect the adapter to the J1939 connector on the vehicle or equipment, and then connect to your phone or tablet via Bluetooth®. Some features of the app may require a functioning internet connection.
